MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION AND DUES

USA Rugby Player Registration

A USA Rugby Membership is required in order for players to participate in practice or matches.

Please follow the directions below to register with USA Rugby.

Step 1: Go to https://myaccount.rugbyxplorer.com.au/ and type in your email address (*you will want to use the same email address you have used in the past if you have registered before)

Step 2: Rugby X will then find your info, sync your account and send you an email which will prompt you to create a new password

Step 3: Once your password is created, you should log back in and go to "Find a Club" and type in and select Phoenixville Whitehorse Women

Step 4: Select "player", "senior club", "season"

Step 5: Continue filling out the necessary information and when prompted, make your payment

Step 6: Once payment is made, a receipt will be emailed to you, and you should contact our team’s treasurer at treasurer.whitehorsewrfc@gmail.com to let them know your registration is complete!

Step 7: Go into your Team Snap profile and check and/or add your USA ID#

Step 8 (*refs/admins only): Go back in when finished and add referee or admin to your account - additional charges may apply.

USA Rugby Membership is valid from Sept 1- August 31st.

Seasonal Player Dues

Please use the cart below to pay for seasonal dues.

Personal checks and Venmo payments are also accepted. Personal checks should be made out to White Horse Rugby Club and Venmo payments should be sent to @WhiteHorseWomensRugby

IRB

The International Rugby Board (IRB) was founded in 1886. With its headquarters in Dublin, the IRB is the world governing and Law making body for the Game of Rugby Union.

USA Rugby

Founded in 1975, USA Rugby is the national governing body for the sport of rugby in America, and a Full Sport Member of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) and the International Rugby Board (IRB). Currently headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, USA Rugby is charged with developing the game on all levels and has over 115,000 active members. USA Rugby oversees four national teams, multiple collegiate and high school All-American sides, and an emerging Olympic development pathway for elite athletes.

Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union

The Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union, Inc. (EPRU) is organized under the auspices of USA Rugby and is operated exclusively to promote and foster the growth of Rugby Union Football and to educate the public and players in the game of Rugby Union Football as played under the Laws of the International Rugby Board. The EPRU is comprised of clubs and colleges in Eastern & Central Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware and is one of the largest Geographical Unions in the nation with over 2,300 members.

The Mid-Atlantic Conference

The Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC) serves the Capital and Eastern Penn Geographic Rugby Unions for Club Rugby Competitions – National Competitive Region 4.
